and.really happy.
just pleased with stuff. nothing material. just pleased with it all. new ideas, new paintings, evening walks, music... new year... i just am not over the prospect of the new year. i don't think i have held so much hope in a new year.
and as i talked to my grammy on new years day, i asked, "did you think you would make it to see 2003?"... oh she said "no," she said she would have "been happy making it to 1963..." and i thought to myself... when i am her age it will be the year 2055. my goodness.
