and he placed his hand on the top of my chest and i felt this weight of his hand sink beneath my skin and under my bone and through my blood and organs. he touched something deeper in me and i am not sure what it is. its been two days and i can feel his hand on my chest still. it calms me, catches me off guard, fills me. this boy, this man, this figment of my imagination, this ironic and perfect relationship that has developed mostly in early morning hours and text messages. 2 years now. interesting.
