mmmm- im happily enjoying my new workout routine. mon, wed at lunch and friday after work. one hour of solid, workout, heavy breathing swimming. 2000 yards each workout- 80 laps. sprinting and stroke work and trying to push up to a 100 free under one minute by the end of october. carter is the best workout buddy ever. im pleased we found each other from across the office.

i go back to the doctor on wednesday for a checkup, and see if i am ready to take the boot off for good! i think the swimming has dramatically helped the healing process... improved circulation et al. wow. this is week 10. this past weekend was quite blissful. i felt normal as i carried on about normal errands and cleaning around the house. i went to the gap and bought 3 size 4 pairs of pants. size 4. i don't think i have ever been this small. its a good feeling, definitely different, but it honestly just feels good to have clothing that fits me. everything i owned was falling off- i don't even have a belt that fits me properly. i am hoping that i don't lose much more weight... seems impossible to do so, i am on the path of muscle gain. feels good to be fit.

im planning a little vacation here coming up. should be nice to finally get away for some space in my head. get new perspectives and come back refreshed.

hey, life is really short. as i watched the car accident in front of me and watched as i asked myself, will this be the moment that i die? i guess you should always say what you want to say and do what you want to do (within reason) so that when that freak accident happens in front of your face and might even include you in it... you will be at peace with all you love.
