clean out the cupboards, under the bed, the closet and all the drawers. Change the sheets to something light and fresh. Put in the new CDs on shuffle and paint great feelings on canvas- hollow core doors, glass windows, sidewalks and carseats. Throw out- Purge - renew-- prepare for the new year! I'm not running much. Mostly climbing now-a-days. Climbing up and up- as far as I can get in one minute intervals. And its tough to start at the bottom, err, middle- and go through the motions we already learned. and there are lessons always to be relearned. I think I wrote about running on a hampster wheel once. Around and around. I don't see it like that right now. it's a very tight turning path- going up and up. I am choosing my destiny. I control that.
