mmm-- and there i was last friday night, at about the 11th working hour, saying to myself, "hmmm, i think i am begining to dread holidays..." not the holiday itself, just all the preparation and stress that goes into actually taking that one or two days off.... hmmmm.... but then, i was sitting in the sun, not a 100 feet from the ocean, glistening waves, and happy dogs and hungover eyes.... yes, the holiday weekend is well worth the struggle it demands...i fell asleep for a total of almost 18 minutes last night, when i got home from work. I was in the deepest sleep i think i have been in a really long time. i must have had 15 dreams, that went on for eternity... i drooled on myself and then suddenly woke up. it was time for grocery shopping.... and i had had a true power nap. it was good.
